1. The program

The FlawPilot Creator Rewards program ("the Program") is operated by FlawPilot ("FlawPilot," "we," "us"). It pays eligible creators for short-form video content about FlawPilot, subject to the eligibility, verification, and payout rules on this page and in these Terms. By submitting the application form, you ("Creator," "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Your video must fall under the Tech or AI category.
• Your video must be genuinely related to FlawPilot: the product, a specific feature, or a tech/AI topic that clearly ties back to it. A passing mention isn't enough.
• Your video must be published on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or Facebook, on an account you own or are authorized to post from.
• Your video must reach at least 1,000 qualified views before you apply.
• Your video must include a clear disclosure of your paid relationship with FlawPilot, as described in Section 3.
• You must be 18 or older to apply and receive payment directly. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must submit the application and receive payment on your behalf, and by doing so confirms they agree to these Terms on your behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to receive payment from FlawPilot under the laws that apply to you, and you must not be located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive trade sanctions administered by the United States or other applicable authorities, nor appear on any relevant restricted-party or denied-persons list.

3. Advertising and disclosure compliance

• Content submitted to the Program is paid promotion. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to FlawPilot in every submitted video, in line with the advertising and endorsement rules that apply where you're posting from, for example the FTC Endorsement Guides (US), the CAP/BCAP Code (UK), ASCI guidelines (India), or the equivalent in your country.
• Acceptable disclosures include a clearly stated "#ad" or "#sponsored," a spoken disclosure in the video itself, or the platform's built-in paid-partnership / branded-content tool. The disclosure must be easy to notice, not placed only at the end of a long caption or behind a "see more."
• Your opinions and claims about FlawPilot must be genuine and must not be false or misleading. You aren't required to give only positive coverage. Honest, fair commentary is welcome, but it must be truthful and must meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Submissions without a clear, compliant disclosure won't be approved for payment until the disclosure is added or fixed and the video is resubmitted.

4. Content ownership and license

• You keep ownership of the videos you create.
• By submitting a video, you grant FlawPilot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to view, share, repost, and feature that video (in whole or in part) for marketing and promotional purposes, with reasonable creator attribution where practical.
• You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions for everything in your video, including footage, music, likenesses, and any third-party material, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• Any use of FlawPilot's name, logo, or trademarks in your video is solely to identify and describe the product, and doesn't grant you any ownership or broader trademark rights.

5. Submission and verification

• Submissions are made through the official application form only, and require the direct video link.
• No screenshot is required. FlawPilot verifies eligibility and the qualified view count directly from the submitted link.
• You must keep the video public and keep its view and like count visible, not hidden, restricted, or disabled by a privacy or account setting, so that verification is possible.
• If FlawPilot cannot access the link, or cannot view the count on it, at the time of review, the submission may be rejected until access and visibility are restored and it is resubmitted.
• You may ask FlawPilot to re-check the same link once a video has gained at least 1,000 additional qualified views, to claim the difference, subject to the payout cap in Section 6.

6. Payment terms

• Payout rate: $0.10 per 1,000 qualified views ($0.0001 per view).
• "Qualified views" means organic views counted by the platform's own native, publicly visible count. Impressions, link clicks, and paid, boosted, incentivized, or bot-driven views do not count.
• Payout cap: $100 per video (up to 1,000,000 qualified views). Views beyond this are not compensated.
• Minimum payout: $5. Approved amounts below this roll over and combine with your next approved submission until the combined total reaches $5.
• Submissions are typically reviewed within approximately 5 business days of receipt.
• Payment is issued only after both the content's eligibility (including disclosure) and its qualified view count have been validated from the submitted link.
• Approved payments are typically issued within 15 business days of approval, by PayPal or bank transfer, at your choice on the form.
• You're responsible for any taxes owed on payments you receive. If your total payments from FlawPilot cross a reporting threshold in your country (for example, US $600 in a calendar year for US persons), FlawPilot may request tax documentation (such as a Form W-9 or W-8BEN) before releasing further payment, and may be required to report payments to tax authorities.

7. Fraud and disqualification

FlawPilot may reject a submission or claw back a payment if it finds purchased views, bot traffic, view farms, engagement pods, paid promotion presented as organic reach, deliberately hidden or manipulated view/like counts, a missing or deceptive disclosure, or any other attempt to misrepresent qualified views or eligibility. Repeated violations may result in removal from the Program.

8. Content standards

Your video must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of the platform you post it on, and must not contain hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or knowingly false claims about FlawPilot or others. FlawPilot may decline any submission that doesn't meet these standards, at its reasonable discretion.

9. Relationship of the parties

Participation in the Program doesn't make you an employee, partner, agent, or joint venturer of FlawPilot. You're responsible for how you create and post your content, and for your own compliance with applicable advertising, tax, and platform rules.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

FlawPilot may modify, pause, or end the Program at any time. Changes apply to videos submitted after the change takes effect; submissions already approved before a change will still be paid under the terms in place when they were approved. The current version of these Terms is always the one posted on this page.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Program is provided "as is," without guarantees about how much you'll earn. To the extent permitted by law, FlawPilot isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, and FlawPilot's total liability to you under the Program is limited to the amount owed for your approved submissions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlawPilot harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your failure to disclose the paid relationship as required, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy and payment information

The contact and payment details you submit are used only to review your application and send your payout, and are shared only with the payment processor needed to complete that transfer (e.g., PayPal) or as required by law, including tax reporting under Section 6. FlawPilot does not sell creator data.

14. General provisions

• Force majeure: FlawPilot isn't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including platform outages, payment-processor issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
• Assignment: FlawPilot may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not transfer your participation in the Program to anyone else.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• No waiver: FlawPilot's failure to enforce any part of these Terms at any time doesn't waive its right to enforce it later.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the information on this page, are the entire agreement between you and FlawPilot regarding the Program, and replace any earlier understandings about it.
