These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://flawpilot.com and the FlawPilot scanning service (together, the “Service”), operated by “Logicwind Ventures Pvt. Ltd.” (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

FlawPilot analyses publicly accessible signals for a website you submit and returns a prioritised report covering security, performance, infrastructure, and SEO. The Service inspects information that is already reachable over the public internet. It does not require, and we do not ask for, your passwords, source code, or server credentials.

Reports are informational. They are generated automatically, reflect the moment the scan ran, and are not a certification, audit, or guarantee that a site is secure or free of vulnerabilities.

This is the most important obligation in these Terms. By submitting a URL you represent and warrant that you own the website, or that you have explicit permission from its owner to have it scanned.

You must not use the Service against systems you do not own or lack authorisation to test. Doing so may be unlawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary authorisation, and you accept full responsibility for any scan you initiate.

When you provide an email address to receive a report, we use it to deliver that report. You may additionally opt in to product updates and announcements. Marketing messages are opt-in, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting [email protected].

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scan any website or system you do not own or are not authorised to test.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Overwhelm, disrupt, or degrade the Service or the infrastructure behind it, including through excessive automated requests.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any technical measure protecting the Service.
• Transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s report.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute reports or Service output without our written permission.
• Misrepresent a report as an independent security certification or formal audit.

You retain all rights in the website you submit and any content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process the URL and the data we collect from it for the purpose of producing your report, operating the Service, and improving our detection rules in aggregate, anonymised form.

Reports may be shared through a link you choose to distribute. Anyone holding that link can view the report, so treat it as you would any sensitive document.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.

The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

We use third-party providers to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. What is collected, and the choices available to you, are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its scanning engine, scoring rubric, interface, and branding, is and remains the exclusive property of Logicwind Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you no right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free right to use it to improve the Service, with no obligation of confidentiality or compensation. Please do not send us information you consider confidential.

Reports and pages may link to third-party websites, documentation, or tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Automated scanning has limits. We do not warrant that reports are complete or free of error, that every issue affecting your site will be detected, or that a clean result means your site is secure. A report is a starting point for your own review, not a substitute for professional security assessment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logicwind Ventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any action you take or omit to take on the basis of a report.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logicwind Ventures Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and their personnel from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your scanning of any website without proper authorisation.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others, to us, or to the Service itself. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will do so.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features that carry high operational cost. Functionality available at no charge may be limited, rate-limited, or withdrawn at our discretion.

Scans are currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you purchase, and refunds will be handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated, and material changes will be signalled through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
